ABOUT

I’ve lived and worked in Spain, in the U.K. and in the U.S. Before dedicating myself to art, I worked in advertising agencies in New York and Madrid and as a producer of documentaries and corporate programs. That probably explains my passion for images.

I tell stories through my photographs and my writing. I like to change and distort the original image and transform it into the dreams and emotions of a different world. I change colours and play with shadows, burying letters, numbers and words in the background of my work. As if they were symbols of the passage of time, of memory, of pain.

Words help me express myself from a different place. My writing is filled with feelings, contradictions and voices. Voices that are universal. Because I believe in words. In their power to communicate, to touch us and to move us.  I believe in poetry.
